More particularly, the invention disclosed herein relates to a multi-arm davit apparatus for raising or lowering a target object from a target location. BACKGROUND Davits are lifting devices generally used on ships for supporting, raising, and lowering heavy loads. These heavy loads include lifeboats, containers, anchors, etc. Moreover, they are also used to lift small boats. Typically, multiple davits are positioned at a distance apart from each other on a deck of the ship or platforms. These davits are not movable or adjustable from the positions where they are installed, for example, on the deck of the ship. Since the available space on the deck of a ship is fixed, existing davits can lift only containers or boats of a fixed length. In cases where marine vessels of different lengths must be lifted onto the deck of the ship, existing systems are found lacking. An apparatus, which is adjustable to handle objects of varying widths and lengths, is required. Hence, there is a long felt but unresolved need for an apparatus, which is adjustable to handle objects of varying widths and lengths. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form that are further disclosed in the detailed description of the invention. DK 2016 00565 A1 The multi-arm davit apparatus, disclosed herein, addresses the above-mentioned need for an apparatus, which is adjustable to handle objects of varying widths and lengths. The multi-arm davit apparatus for raising or lowering a target object from a target location, disclosed herein, comprises a base member, at least two hydraulic boom cylinders, a boom member, at least two adjustable arms, and pulleys. The hydraulic boom cylinders are hingedly mounted on the base member. The hydraulic boom cylinders are configured to extend and retract. The boom member is hingedly mounted on the base member. The hydraulic boom cylinders are positioned between hinged ends of the boom member. The hydraulic boom cylinders are in contact with the boom member for actuating the boom member from a substantially parallel position to a substantially perpendicular position and vice versa. The adjustable arms are operably engaged to opposing ends of the boom member. The four hydraulic arm cylinders positioned on the adjustable arms extend and retract the adjustable arms laterally and longitudinally. The pulleys are positioned at predefined positions on the adjustable arms. A retraction of the hydraulic boom cylinders actuate the boom member in a position substantially parallel to the base member. An extension of the hydraulic boom cylinders actuate the boom member in a position substantially perpendicular to the base member. The pulleys collectively transfer a cable for raising or lowering the target object from the target location. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 exemplarily illustrates a front perspective view of a multi-arm davit apparatus 100, showing a boom member 104 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 in a perpendicular position for lifting a target object 101. In an embodiment, the target object 101 is, for example, a marine vessel, a lifeboat, etc. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 for raising or lowering a target object 101 from a target location comprises a base member 102, at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103, a boom member 104, at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110, and pulleys 106. The two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are hingedly mounted on the base member 102. The hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are configured to extend and retract. The hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are mechanical actuators that provide a unidirectional force via a unidirectional stroke. The hydraulic DK 2016 00565 A1 boom cylinders 103 are typically a piston cylinder arrangement that receive their power from pressurized hydraulic fluid. In an embodiment, a hydraulic pump regulates pressurized hydraulic fluid flow in the hydraulic circuit supplying hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic boom cylinders 103. Based on the supply of the hydraulic fluid, for example, oil, etc., to the hydraulic boom cylinders 103, the piston either extends or retracts. In an embodiment, the hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are positioned between hinged ends 104a and 104b of the boom member 104. The boom member 104 is hingedly mounted on the base member 102. The hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are in contact with the boom member 104 for actuating the boom member 104 from a substantially parallel position to a substantially perpendicular position and vice versa. When the hydraulic boom cylinders 103 extend, the boom member 104 is brought to a position perpendicular to the base member 101. The adjustable arms 105 are operably engaged to opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104. The adjustable arms 105 are slidably engaged to the opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104 as exemplarily illustrated in FIGS. 1-3. The four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 extend and retract the adjustable arms 105 longitudinally and 110 laterally. In an embodiment, the four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 are also hydraulic cylinders similar to the hydraulic boom cylinders 103. The hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned proximal to the opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104 extend to adjust the width of the adjustable arms 105. Moreover, the hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned proximal to the target object 101 extend or retract to adjust a height or depth of the adjustable arms 105 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100. In an embodiment, electrical arm cylinders 108 are used in place of the hydraulic arm cylinders 108 based on the application requirement of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100. In an embodiment, the pulleys 106 are positioned at predefined positions on the adjustable arms 105. A retraction of the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 actuate the boom member 104 in a position substantially parallel to the base member 102. Alternately, an extension of the hydraulic boom cylinders 103 actuate the boom member DK 2016 00565 A1 104 in a position substantially perpendicular to the base member 102. The pulleys 106 collectively transfer a cable 107 for raising or lowering the target object 101 from the target location. In an embodiment, the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 also comprises fastening members 109 attached to ends 107a of the cable 107 for securely fastening the target object 101 to the multi-arm davit apparatus 100. FIG. 2 exemplarily illustrates a front perspective view of a multi-arm davit apparatus 100, showing a boom member 104 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 in a parallel position. The boom member 104 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 is actuated in the parallel position by retracting the hydraulic boom cylinders 103. Moreover, in FIG. 2 the hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned proximal to the opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104 are shown in an extended position. The remaining two hydraulic arm cylinders 108 are shown in the extended position in the adjustable arm 110. In an embodiment, each of the four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 are independently extended or retracted based on the requirement of the operator. In the parallel position exemplarily illustrated in FIG. 2, the target object 101, for example, the boat, etc., may be lifted and placed on the portion of the boom member 104 proximal to the hinged ends 104a and 104b of the boom member 104. FIG. 3 exemplarily illustrates a front perspective view of a multi-arm davit apparatus, showing adjustable arms 105 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 in a retracted position. FIG. 4 exemplarily illustrates a side perspective view of a multi-arm davit apparatus 100, showing a boom member 104 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 in a parallel position. The hydraulic arm cylinders 108 are retracted to bring the adjustable arms 105 to the retracted position. This lateral adjustability of the adjustable arms 110 of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 allows target objects 101 of different widths and lengths to be securely raised or lowered from a target location. FIG. 5 exemplarily illustrates a method for raising or lowering a target object 101 from a target location. In the method disclosed herein, a multi-arm davit apparatus 100 comprising a base member 102, at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103, a boom DK 2016 00565 A1 member 104, at least two adjustable arms 105, and pulleys 106 positioned at predefined positions on the at least two adjustable arms 105, is provided 501. The target object 101 is attached 504 to ends 107a of the cable 107 via the fastening members 109. The hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are actuated 505 to raise or lower the target object 101 from the target location. The foregoing examples have been provided merely for the purpose of explanation and are in no way to be construed as limiting of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100, disclosed herein. While the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 has been described with reference to various embodiments, it is understood that the words, which have been used herein, are words of description and illustration, rather than words of limitation. Further, although the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 has been described herein with reference to particular means, materials, and embodiments, the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 is not intended to be limited to the particulars disclosed herein; rather, the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 extends to all functionally equivalent structures, methods and uses, such as are within the scope of the appended claims. Those skilled in the art, having the benefit of the teachings of this specification, may effect numerous modifications thereto and changes may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the multi-arm davit apparatus 100 disclosed herein in their aspects. A multi-arm davit apparatus 100 for raising or lowering a target object 101 from a target location, the multi arm davit apparatus 100 comprising; a base member 102; at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are configured to extend and retract; a boom member 104 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are positioned between hinged ends 104a and 104b of the boom member 104, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are in contact with the boom member 104 for actuating the boom member 104 from a substantially parallel position to a substantially perpendicular position and vice versa; at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 operably engaged to opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104, the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 configured to extend and retract laterally and longitudinally; and a plurality of pulleys 106 positioned at predefined positions on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110, wherein the pulleys 106 collectively transfer a cable 107 for raising or lowering the target object 101 from the target location. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 of claim 1, further comprising at least two fastening members 109 attached to ends 107a of the cable 107 for securely fastening the target object 101 to the multi-arm davit apparatus 100. [5] 5. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 of claim 1, wherein the target object 101 is a marine vessel. [6] 6. A multi-arm davit apparatus 100 for raising or lowering a target object 101 from a target location, the multi arm davit apparatus 100 comprising; a base member 102; at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are configured to extend and retract; a boom member 104 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are positioned between hinged ends 104a and 104b of the boom member 104, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are in contact with the boom member 104 for actuating the boom member 104 from a substantially parallel position to a substantially perpendicular position and vice versa; DK 2016 00565 A1 at least two adjustable arms 105 operably engaged to opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104, wherein at least four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 extend and retract the at least two adjustable arms 105 longitudinally and 110 laterally; and a plurality of pulleys 106 positioned at predefined positions on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110, wherein a retraction of the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 actuate the boom member 104 in a position substantially parallel to the base member 102, wherein an extension of the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 actuate the boom member 104 in a position substantially perpendicular to the base member 102, and wherein the pulleys 106 collectively transfer a cable 107 for raising or lowering the target object 101 from the target location. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 of claim 6, further comprising at least two fastening members 109 attached to ends 107a of the cable 107 for securely fastening the target object 101 to the multi-arm davit apparatus 100. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 of claim 6, wherein the at least four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 are replaced by at least four electric arm cylinders 108 positioned on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 for extending and retracting the at least two adjustable arms 105 longitudinally and 110 laterally. [9] 9. The multi-arm davit apparatus 100 of claim 6, wherein the target object 101 is a marine vessel. [10] 10. A method for raising or lowering a target object 101 from a target location, the method comprising: providing a multi-arm davit apparatus 100 comprising: DK 2016 00565 A1 a base member 102; at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are configured to extend and retract; a boom member 104 hingedly mounted on the base member 102, wherein the at least two hydraulic boom cylinders 103 are positioned between hinged ends 104a and 104b of the boom member 104; at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 operably engaged to opposing ends 104c and 104d of the boom member 104, wherein at least four hydraulic arm cylinders 108 positioned on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 extend and retract the at least two adjustable arms 105 longitudinally and 110 laterally; and a plurality of pulleys 106 positioned at predefined positions on the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110; aligning the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 based on a width of the target object 101; aligning the at least two adjustable arms 105 and 110 based on a length of the target object 101; attaching the target object 101 to ends 107a of the cable 107 via at least two fastening members 109; and actuating the hydraulic boom cylinders 103 to raise or lower the target object 101 from the target location.
